We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Countries outside the EU please inquire.
Shipping services
- DPD: Germany and some EU countries
- DHL: Germany and some EU countries
- Fedex: EU and third countries
Shipping costs
- Germany: 10 €, from 250 € net free shipping
- Foreign countries: country- and weight-dependent, the exact costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before your final order
- Express service: Please ask for a particularly fast delivery.
For deliveries to third countries (outside the EU) costs may be added for customs documents.
Delivery time
- Germany: Stock products 1-3 days
- EU: Stock products 2-5 days
Individual delivery times can be found on each product page.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods altogether in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time
