Climate Control

Maintaining a certain climate, especially relative humidity is a top priority for sensitive goods such as works of art. For air-tight showcases passive climate control with pre-conditioned silica gels (Prosorb, Artsorb, Silikagel E) or desiccant bags made of dry clay (Clay Pack) is ideal. Which silica gel you choose depends on the desired relative humidity inside your showcase. Larger showcases need active climate control with small devices by Miniclima or Preservatech. For the climate control of exhibition and storage rooms a fine selection of renowned room humidifiers and de-humidifiers is available.
