Polystar handheld sealer

A handheld sealer for many purposes, which we can recommend from our own experience. With the Polystar sealer, even thick films and overlaps can be mastered easily. Due to the low weight of the device, it is particularly suitable for mobile use. The weld seam is 3 mm wide, for oxygen-poor packaging it may be necessary to weld 2 - 3 seams in parallel. TYVEK and Bubble wrap can also be easily sealed. The sealing process is initiated by pressing the green button on the handle. All sealers require the impulse generator 120 GE.

The pliers 300D or 400D along with the impulse generator 110GE also can be rented for € 40,- per 14 days (excl. shipping costs)

Three types of sealing tongs can be operated by the impulse generator Polystar 120 GE:

• Polystar type D, standard version: opening of the tongs 20 mm, outlet 20 mm
• Polystar type SFZ, beak-shaped pliers: allows seams up to 100 from the edge of the film. Opening of the tongs 35 mm, outlet 100 mm
• Polystar type DS, beak type pliers: allows seams perpendicular to the edge of the film
