Handheld heat sealer with with permanently heated pliers shoes and heat protection by a feather-light polycarbonate cover. Sealing time adjustment from 1-10 seconds, sealing temperature continuously adjustable from 100°-200°C. Sealing seam length 400 mm, 12 mm wave embossed seam, for aluminium and composite foils.

Polystar 400 SZ
The Polystar® handheld heat sealer type 400 SZ has permanently heated pliers shoes and heat protection by a feather-light polycarbonate cover. Aluminium- or paper composite foils and/or PA-, PE- as well as PP foils can safely be sealed and used as a reliable barrier for air and aroma.
- Seam:400mm x 12 mm width, wave embossed
- Unsuitable for PE foils!
- Suitable for continous use.
- The heating elements are closed between uses and covered by polycarbonate, so the user is protected from accidental burns.
