Gossen MAVOSPEC BASE Color spectrometer
First-class illumination measuring device
In times of LED and fluorescent tubes, the measurement of illuminance and luminance is no longer sufficient to make statements about the quality of the lighting. A new generation of spectral sensors now enables the development of small and affordable spectrophotometers. These are able to represent the entire spectrum of lighting and determine the exact color location.
The MAVOSPEC BASE is a miniaturized spectrometer with an economical display and replaceable battery. All characteristic parameters such as illuminance, most similar color temperature, color rendering indices, color coordinates according to various CIE standards, flicker, spectral power distribution, peak wavelength and dominant wavelength are determined quickly and accurately and visualized on the display for experts and amateurs alike. The miniaturized spectrometer is ideally suited for the portable and stationary measurement of LEDs, OLEDs, daylight, halogen and all other light sources.
