FB 150

Filterbox for the removal of airborne pollutants in show cases larger than 3 m³ through particle filters and activated carbon granulate.

• Case components made of plastic and aluminum
• Stainless steel clip for tool-free replacement of the filter material
•  2x fine dust filter EU5
• Filter material fill: usually activated carbon granulate
• Low-voltage axial fan
• Power supply (concealed on the bottom) with 1.5 m of cable

For filtering out the following substances from the air:

• volatile organic compounds (VOC´s), like, formic acid, acetic acid, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, hydrocarbons, alcohols, etc.
• nitrogen oxides
• hydrogen sulfide
• ...

Available in two sizes (FB 100 und FB 150), two colours and two Variants:

Variant A

• with ventilation grids on both sides
• simple design allows the visible installation on the shelf
• recirculating air filtration is possible without complex constructive execution or conversion of display cases
• An existing grid connection for the power supply (230 V or 12 V) and a suitable opening for cable routing (e.g. hole, sealing gap) in the display case are required

Variant B

• with hose connections on both sides
• for concealed installation inside the display case
• targeted air flow though hoses
• An existing grid connection for the power supply (230 V or 12 V) and a suitable opening for cable routing (e.g. hole, sealing gap) in the display case are required as well as connections for the air hose, e.g. in combination with a constant humidity generator (Mini One, PMCG, etc.)

Maintenance

All maintenance operations are easily executed without the use of tools. Filter change ist recommendet every 12-24 months, depending on the load of the display case air.
