You are looking for your packaging natural appearance and perfect aroma protection at the same time? The combination of kraft paper (made of pulp fibers, starch, alum and glue) with aluminum insert and internal PP film is the right choice:

• With pressure lock on the open narrow side
• Made of kraft paper with aluminum composite foil (50μ kraft paper / 7μ aluminum / 60μ CPP)
• Other dimensions and special requests on request
• Also available with aroma protection valve

Stand-up pouches have an oval bottom and are thus particularly suitable as aroma-tight packaging for granular, powdery, pasty or solid products. With pressure seal and two-sided tearing notches.

All foil bags can be welded with Wusing table welding machines (width of the weld seam is 2 - 10 mm depending on the device). Faster work is possible with magnetic pulse welders (weld seam width 2.7 - 8 mm) or continuous welding machines (weld seam width 12 mm).
Also heat sealing tongs or magnetic heat sealing devices can be used (weld width: 10 - 12 mm).

A wide weld of 8 - 12 mm is important for good oxygen tightness for long-term applications. If it is only about the water vapor tightness, a 2 mm seam is sufficient.

Alternatively, the bags can also be closed with Azzurro clips.
